Court wrote off Yuzhuralzoloto's debt to Strukov

Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region has decided to write off the debts of Yugk, the management company of Yuzhuralzoloto, to Konstantin Strukov in the amount of more than ₽17 billion. Yugk demanded that the loan agreement with the former owner be declared a sham transaction.
