O'Key changes its name to Group DA

O'Key's shareholders have decided to rename the company to "DA Group" as part of the planned redomiciliation to the Special Administrative District on the island of Oktyabrsky in the Kaliningrad region. Until the registration process as an MKPAO is completed, the company will continue to use its current name, O'KEY GROUP S.A.
