Sollers established a joint venture with JF Mould of China

Automaker Sollers has sold a 20% stake in a company that will produce body parts and frames for Sollers pickups and SUVs in Ulyanovsk to JF Mould, a Chinese company that produces molds for the automotive industry. Deal will give JF Mould access to orders and future profits, while Sollers will gain access to technology.
