Timur Lipatov continues to manage RusAgro's operations

Timur Lipatov will continue to hold the position of General Director of Rusagro Group of Companies LLC, where the group's operational management is concentrated, according to the company's press service, following the change of the sole executive body of the holding company, Rusagro Group PJSC, from Timur Lipatov to RSHB Finance LLC. Entire key current management of the group of companies is also retained, and the company's operational and investment activities continue as usual, according to Rusagro.
