Novatek buys out TotalEnergies' stake in Arctic LNG 2

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed an order allowing Nordline LLC to purchase 10% of the Arctic LNG 2 project from TotalEnergies. Nordline LLC was established by Novatek in May of this year.
