Petrocardon's Pre-IPO did not take place

Bank of Russia has recognized the additional issue of shares of JSC Petrocard, which was placed on the MOEX Start platform of the Moscow Exchange, as unsuccessful. "We remain interested in attracting equity capital to implement the company's development strategy. We are currently considering various options for financing and collaborating with the investment community. We will provide additional information about specific decisions and timelines once the situation has been analyzed," said a representative of Petrocard.
