Business angel and serial technology manager Maxim Pustovoy, who led the listing of Positive Technologies and Arenadata, has acquired a 3% stake in the crowdfunding platform brainbox.VC. He will act as a smart-money shareholder, joining the board of directors and participating in the strategic aspects of the Brainbox ecosystem's development. Transaction amount and the overall valuation of the platform have not been disclosed.
