Bank of Saint Petersburg completes buyback

Bank of St. Petersburg acquired 8,999,778 ordinary shares as part of the buyback, almost reaching the maximum buyback volume of 9 million shares. Acquisition of securities was carried out through an offer at ₽340 per share.
