TGK-2 will be transferred back to Gazprom Energy Holding Management

Russian government has ordered Gazprom Energy Holding to enter into a trust management agreement for TGK-2's shares. Agreement will be valid for one year. If neither party files a request to extend the agreement, it will be considered renewed for the same period. Company has already managed the government's stake in TGK-2 from October 2024 to September 2025. After that, the government's decision on whether to extend or not extend the agreement was awaited.
