M.Video Elects New Board of Directors

M.Video shareholders elected a new board of directors at the company's annual general meeting on June 19, 2026. The nine-member board includes new directors Johannes Tolay, CEO of METRO Cash & Carry Russia; Stepan Kuznetsov, a former executive at Sberbank and the Russian National SWIFT Association; and Dmitry Pylev, an expert in digital economy and government relations who previously held senior positions at Mastercard, eBay and TikTok (ByteDance). The company expects their expertise to support its digital transformation strategy and the further development of M.Video as a multi-category omnichannel marketplace.
