Moscow Exchange has suspended trading in Asko-Insurance shares. The Bank of Russia revoked the company's insurance license and introduced a temporary administration, in connection with which the exchange decided to suspend trading.

Asco-Insurance's RAS net income for 9M 2021 was ₽125.854 million, up 2% from ₽123.409 million in the previous year. Net earned premiums increased 40% to ₽8.705 billion versus ₽6.22 billion a year earlier.

Board of Directors of ASKO-Insurance offered shareholders to increase the authorized capital by offering 178 million preferred shares at the price of ₽5 per share. The shares will be placed by closed subscription among the shareholders of the company. The shareholders will consider the proposal at the EGM on September 15, 2021.

Asco-Insurance's RAS net income for 6 months of 2021 was ₽232.374 million, down 26.8% from ₽317.654 million in the previous year. Net earned premiums increased 43.8% to ₽5.932 billion versus ₽4.154 billion a year earlier.
