Black Knight's GAAP net income for the 3 months of 2022 was $362.1 million, up 7.9 times from $45.5 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 10.7% to $387.2 million from $349.7 million a year earlier.

Intercontinental Exchange acquires Black Knight for $13.1 billion, or $85 per share. Black Knight shareholders can choose to be paid in cash or Intercontinental Exchange shares. The deal is scheduled to close in the first half of 2023.

Black Knight bought from Cannae Holdings and Thomas H. Lee Partners 40% of Optimal Blue for $1.156 billion, owning 100% of the company. Optimal Blue provides secondary market analysis solutions for real estate and data services. Black Knight paid $722.5 million in Dun & Bradstreet stock and $433.5 in cash.

Black Knight's GAAP net income for 2021 was $179.9 million, down 26.8% from $245.8 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 19% to $1.475 billion from $1.239 billion a year earlier.
