Euronav and Frontline have entered into a definitive merger agreement. Euronav shareholders will receive 1.45 shares of Frontline for each share of their company. The merger is scheduled to close in Q4 2022 following Frontline's redomiciliation from Bermuda to Cyprus.

Euronav's IFRS loss for 3 months of 2022 was $43.372 million, down 38.9% from $71.013 million in the previous year. Revenues increased by 5.1% to $114.368 million compared to $108.831 million a year earlier.
