Goldman Sachs has completed its acquisition of fintech platform GreenSky, which is designed to provide consumer home improvement loans. GreenSky shareholders received 0.03 common shares of Goldman Sachs for each of their securities, the equivalent of $12.11. Thus, the company was valued at $2.24 billion.

GreenSky's GAAP net income for 9M 2021 was $98.613 mln, up 18.8 times from $5.247 mln in the previous year. Revenue decreased 1.8% to $389.839 million from $396.842 million a year earlier.
