HeadHunter has made its own social network for business communication and professional development, Grid, available to a wide range of users. Social network has been in closed beta testing since the end of 2023. Company expects that by the end of 2024 the monthly active audience of the social network will number at least half a million users.

Since last year, HeadHunter has been developing the Russian equivalent of LinkedIn — "Grid". The app is already available in the AppStore and Google Play, but only those who have received an invitation from the developers can use it.
