IHS Markit's GAAP net income for fiscal year 2021 was $1.206 billion, up 38.8% from $0.869 billion in the previous year. Revenues increased 8.6% to $4.658 billion from $4.288 billion a year earlier.

The IHS Markit Board of Directors announced a quarterly dividend of $0.2 per share. The last day to buy securities to receive the dividend is January 26, 2022. The annual dividend yield may reach 0.69%.
