Marvell Technology and Inphi have completed their merger. The combined company will build a semiconductor power plant in the United States. Inphi shareholders received $66 and 2,323 shares of Marvell stock for each share of their company. They own about 17% of the combined company and Marvell shareholders own about 83%.

Inphi's GAAP loss for 2020 was $59.744 million, down 18.1% from $72.911 million the prior year. Revenue increased 86.8% to $682.954 million from $365.635 million a year earlier.

Inphi's GAAP loss for 9 months of 2020 was $47.717 million, down 19.8% from $59.503 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 88.6% to $495.414 million, against $262.739 million in the previous year.

Inphi's loss under GAAP for six months of 2020 amounted to $44,337 million, an increase of 2.3% compared to $43,323 million in the previous year. Revenues increased 86.8% to $314,722 million from $168,508 million a year earlier.
