Take-Two Interactive Software has completed its merger with game developer Zynga. Zynga shareholders received $3.5 and 0.0406 shares of Take-Two stock for each share of their company. They now own 32.8 percent of the combined company.

Shareholders of Take-Two and Zynga have approved the merger. Zynga shareholders will receive $3.5 and $6,361 shares of Take-Two stock for each of their securities. As a result, they will own 32.8% of the combined company. The merger is scheduled to be completed on May 23, 2022.

Zynga's GAAP loss for 3 months of 2022 was $24.5 million, up 6.5% from $23 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 1.6% to $691.2 million from $680.3 million a year earlier.

Zynga's GAAP loss for 2021 was $104.2 million, down 4.1 times from $429.4 million in the previous year. Revenue rose 41.8% to $2.801 billion from $1.975 billion a year earlier.
