Sberbank's IFRS net profit for 3 months of 2025 amounted to ₽436.1 billion, up 9.7% from ₽397.4 billion in the previous year. Net interest income rose 18.9% to ₽832.4 billion from ₽699.9 billion a year earlier. Commission income rose 6.4% to ₽272.9 billion.

Sberbank's Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₽34.84 per ordinary and preferred share for 2024. Last day to purchase securities for dividends is July 17, 2025. Dividend yield on common stock could be 11.29% and preferred stock - 11.37%.
