The Central Bank has ordered Protek to correct the requirements for mandatory buyout of shares from minority shareholders. Earlier, CJSC Protek Center for Implementation acquired 13.25% of shares under an offer that was made to minority shareholders at the beginning of the year. The purchase price of the shares was β½100 RUB, the total redemption amount was β½6.987 billion.
