On July 1, Ansel Russia will fully transfer Reftinskaya GRES to Kuzbassenergo, controlled by the Siberian Generating Company, to which the power plant was sold in 2019 for ₽20.7 billion. After the transfer of the rights to operate Reftinskaya GRES, Enel Russia will receive the last tranche of ₽4 billion from the buyer, as well as a "variable payment component depending on economic results".
