Rosneft filed a lawsuit to protect its business reputation because of RBC's publication, in which the publication said that the Ryazan PSC received a stake in Rosneft's former Venezuelan project. The information was described as disorienting the market and causing significant material damage to the company. There is no claim in the arbitration case file yet.
