Asset swap

Rosneft increased the share capital of its subsidiary OOO RN-Neft-Capitalinvest from ₽8.4m to ₽110bn. Rosneft did not comment on the assumption that OOO RN-Neft-Capitalinvest may have received all or part of the shares of Rosneft itself, which the state paid to the company for the assets acquired from it in Venezuela, and in what form - in money or assets - was paid for such a substantial increase in capital.
