Investors filed the first lawsuit against the Moscow Exchange in connection with the execution of oil contracts at a negative price. The amount of claims may exceed ₽1 bln. Lawyers believe that there is a chance to satisfy the claim, but to do so it is necessary to prove the link between the exchange actions and losses.
