Alrosa plans to sell 25 million carats of diamonds this year, equivalent to $2.3-2.5 billion in revenue. Management expects that sales will start to recover in August-September this year. In addition, within 3 years it is planned to reduce the reserves from 23-24 million carats at the beginning of 2020 to 15 million carats, but at the end of this year the flow of Alrosa will increase to 27-30 million carats.
