Alrosa and the Ministry of Finance entered into an agreement to buy back a part of rough diamonds produced in 2024. Under this agreement, Gokhran purchased the first batch of diamonds from Alrosa in March this year, including the entire cut of production. Similar transactions are expected to take place regularly this year.
