VTB has introduced a commission fee for transfers in the fast payment system, and on the recommendation of the Central Bank transfers of up to ₽100,000 per month will be made without commission. For transactions above the limit, the commission fee will be 0.5% of the transfer amount, but no more than ₽1500. For the majority of the bank's clients the service remains free of charge, as the average amount of their monthly transfers to the SBP below ₽100 thousand was launched in February 28, 2019 and allows to transfer funds between accounts in different banks by phone number.
