Buybacks

Since the start of the buyback program, Rosneft has purchased 35,541,921 securities for $149.8 million. The securities repurchased represent 0.335% of Rosneft's share capital and 10.45% of the volume of the buyback program. The program will be implemented until December 31, 2020, and the maximum volume of securities that can be repurchased will be no more than 340 million, or 3.2% of the charter capital.
