Rostelecom, VTB and Russian Post claim to participate in the creation of a single digital platform for government services and information systems - Gostech. The concept of the platform was prepared by Sberbank, but the claimants consider it necessary to use the capacity of the State Single Cloud Platform "Gosoblako", to which, according to the national project "Digital Economy", "Rostelecom" and Research Institute "Voskhod" should be transferred in 2020.
