The management of MMC Norilsk Nickel hopes that the company will not change its dividend policy after a diesel spill accident in Norilsk. Capital expenditures are expected to grow by 5-10%. The damage estimate at ₽10 billion is preliminary and will be corrected after all estimates and inspections are completed.
