Plans and forecasts

The company "Demetra Holding", among the owners of which VTB, in the near future may announce the purchase of IT platform Smartseeds for the automation of grain transportation. 6,000 carriers and the largest grain exporters are connected to Smartseeds. The approximate cost of the deal will be ₽200-230 mln.
