Buybacks

Since the start of the buyback program on March 23, 2020, Rosneft has purchased 35,710,171 securities for $150.8 million. As part of the buyback program, 0.336% of the share capital was acquired. The maximum amount of shares and GDRs that can be purchased under the program will be no more than 3.2% of the charter capital for a maximum of $2 bln. The program will be implemented until December 31, 2020.
