In the context of the pandemic, Gazprom Neft is maintaining the timeline for launching a catalyst plant, which will ensure the independence of Russian oil refining from foreign producers. This year, the company intends to complete modernization and commission a catalyst testing centre. Gazprom Neft's investments in the project exceed ₽30 bn, and construction is planned to be completed in 2021.
