Gazprom Neft's RAS net profit for 9 months of 2025 amounted to ₽230.8 billion, a decrease of 45% compared to ₽420 billion in the previous year. Revenue decreased by 9.2% to 2.18 trillion rubles from 2.4 trillion rubles a year earlier.

Gazprom Neft has bought the Krasnoyarsk gas station network 25 hours, which owns 45 gas stations, sources in the fuel market told Interfax. Currently, there are about 40 gas stations operating in Krasnoyarsk under the Gazpromneft brand and the smart franchise, a partner network of OPTI gas stations.

Shareholders of Gazprom Neft approved dividends for 6 months 2025 in the amount of ₽17.3 per ordinary share. The last day of purchase of securities to receive dividends is October 10, 2025. Dividend yield may amount to 3.47%.

Gazprom Neft's hydrocarbon production for 6 months of 2025 amounted to 65 million tons of oil equivalent, an increase of 4.9% compared to 61.96 million tons of oil equivalent a year earlier. Volume of processing increased by 3.9%, to 21.69 million tons.
