Dividends

In response to the proposal of Vladimir Potanin, head of Norilsk Nickel, to refuse to pay dividends in 2020, Rusal said it was ready to consider the amount of specific payments when shareholders had accurate information about the amount of damage caused to the company and the consequences of the accident in Norilsk. The company also expects that further discussion of dividend policy issues will take place through the formats prescribed by the agreement, rather than through public discussion.
