The Presidium of the Supreme Court supported Rosgosstrakh in a dispute with Kapital Life insurance company at ₽151 billion, confirming the legality of the cancellation of decisions to refuse to recover this amount. Following the decision of the Presidium, the case will be referred to the Arbitration Court for a new hearing.
