Retirements and appointments

Lukoil's Board of Directors elected Ravil Maganov as its Chairman, replacing Valery Graifer, who died in April 2020. Viktor Blazheev was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors. This is the first change of chairman for the company in 20 years.
