Lukoil's net profit under RAS for 3 months of 2026 amounted to ₽61.8 billion, increasing 3.8 times compared to ₽16.3 billion in the previous year. Revenue decreased by 10.4% to ₽523.07 billion against ₽584.05 billion a year earlier.

Shareholders of LUKOIL approved dividends for 2025 in the amount of ₽278 per ordinary share. The last day of purchase of securities to receive dividends is April 30, 2026. Dividend yield may amount to 5.08%.

The NORSI refinery, owned by Lukoil, suspended operations on April 5 following a drone attack, Reuters sources said. The plant has a capacity of 16 mln tonnes per year (about 320,000 barrels per day), and fuel supplies may be halted until month-end. Governor Gleb Nikitin reported damage to facilities and infrastructure.
