Lukoil Oil Company has started work to revise its strategy for the Lukoil Neftochim Burgas refinery in Bulgaria due to the ban on the use of Russian oil. Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed an order authorizing Lukoil to acquire a 7.4% stake in EL5-Energo from Uroc Limited. Thus, Lukoil's stake in the energy company may increase from 56.44% to 63.84%.
