Retirements and appointments

Shareholders of Alrosa approved the new composition of the Supervisory Board. It included 3 new participants: Vladimir Rashevsky, former head of the Siberian Coal Energy Company, Alexey Noskov, managing director of Polyus Aldan, and Maxim Tereshchenko, minister of industry and geology of the Sakha Republic.
