The Investigative Committee has started checking the report on the dumping of waste from the Talnakh Enrichment Plant owned by Nornikel. Water from the reservoir was discharged into the forest, into the area near the dam. A representative of the company claimed that there was no threat of waste leakage. The company has stopped water discharge and is conducting an official investigation.
