Simon Property has opened 199 of 204 U.S. retail properties in 37 states. These sites generate 95% of net operating income. The other 5 facilities will open next week. Also, 30 Simon properties have been opened in Asia and continental Europe. The last remaining closed international facility is expected to open next week.
