Business ownership structure

The minimum share in the authorized capital of Rostelecom, which is to be owned by the state, has been increased from 33.2% to 38.2%, according to a presidential decree. This decree fixes the government's stake in the additional share issue, which the company conducted in favor of VTB to consolidate 100% of the mobile operator Tele2. As a result of this transaction, the state, together with VTB and VEB, is to retain control over more than 50% of Rostelecom's ordinary shares.
