A joint project of Mail.ru Group, Alibaba Group, Megafon and RFPI - AliExpress Russia and logistics operator Cainiao are launching a program to subsidize the delivery of goods by Russian site vendors. In the next year, up to ₽500 million will be allocated for it. Delivery to delivery points and post offices will be free of charge from ₽500 and courier from ₽2500. Sending the first 10 orders at the new rates will be free for sellers.
