Buybacks

As part of its buy-back program, Rosneft purchased 763,611 securities for $3.9 million between June 29 and July 3, with a weighted average price of $5.11 per share. The Company repurchased 20 thousand ordinary shares and 743,611 global depositary receipts. In total, since the launch of the program, the company has repurchased 38.81 million securities for $163.2 million. The maximum amount of securities that can be purchased under the program will not exceed 340 million.
