Retirements and appointments

MMC Norilsk Nickel announced that members of the Board of Directors Maxim Poletayev and Nikolai Abramov had ceased to be independent directors. They ceased to meet the requirements for independent directors after their appointment to executive positions at Rusal, which controls 27% of Norilsk Nickel shares. To date, out of 13 members of the Board of Directors of MMC Norilsk Nickel, 6 are independent directors.
