Operating results

The sales volume of PIK Group's real estate in 6 months of 2020 increased by 10.6% to ₽119.8 bln, compared to ₽108.3 bln in the same period of 2019. The commissioning volume decreased by 3.5% and amounted to 495 thousand square meters compared to 513 thousand square meters a year earlier. Total cash receipts increased by 23% to ₽140.8 bln, as compared to ₽114.5 bln in 6M 2019. The share of mortgage transactions amounted to 76% of total sales.
