PIK has sold 49% of the company Specialized Developer Pyzhevsky 5, which acts as a developer of the luxury residential complex Mono Kami in Pyzhevsky Lane near the Tretyakov Gallery. Amount of the deal could be ₽2-3 billion. Experts admit that PIK may completely withdraw from the project.

PIK structure won the auction for the sale of the former hostel of the Moskvoretsky brewery. Lot includes a non-residential building with an area of almost 3.3 thousand square meters and 0.1 hectare of land. PIK will get the asset, which was put up with an initial price of ₽176.1 million, for ₽180.1 million.

PIK has sold to Krasnodar company Dogma two sites in Moscow, on which in total more than 200 thousand square meters of housing could be built. Deal could have amounted to ₽12-13 billion.

PIK's IFRS net profit for 6 months of 2024 amounted to ₽40.81 billion, up 46.3% from ₽27.89 billion in the previous year. Revenue declined 0.1% to ₽264.76 billion against ₽264.9 billion a year earlier.
