PIK acquired a 3.3 hectare plot of land on Leningradskoye Shosse to build a business-class residential complex. Amount of the deal could be around ₽1.5 billion. Project of the residential complex will require ₽16-20 billion of investment, and sales revenue could reach ₽45 billion.

PIK has sold 49% of the company Specialized Developer Pyzhevsky 5, which acts as a developer of the luxury residential complex Mono Kami in Pyzhevsky Lane near the Tretyakov Gallery. Amount of the deal could be ₽2-3 billion. Experts admit that PIK may completely withdraw from the project.

PIK structure won the auction for the sale of the former hostel of the Moskvoretsky brewery. Lot includes a non-residential building with an area of almost 3.3 thousand square meters and 0.1 hectare of land. PIK will get the asset, which was put up with an initial price of ₽176.1 million, for ₽180.1 million.
