GCP Applied Technologies is selling its headquarters to Alewife Park in Cambridge, Massachusetts, for $125 million. This sale allows the company to generate substantial cash to further strengthen its positive cash balance. The terms of the sale include an 18-month non-repayable lease of space for GCP while the relocation options are being considered. Closing of the deal is expected in late July or early August 2020.
