Retirements and appointments

The Board of Directors of Lukoil approved the composition of the company's management board. Chairman of the Board of Directors Ravil Maganov left the company, and Vice President for Finance Pavel Zhdanov was appointed to replace him. The rest of the composition remained unchanged.
