Offering of securities

Total will issue 38,063,688 new shares to pay dividends to shareholders who wish to exercise the option offered by the company. This right has been exercised by 62% of the shareholders and the remaining €0.68 per share for 2019 will be paid in cash. The calculation and delivery of the new shares, which represent 1.46% of the company's share capital, and their admission to trading on Euronext Paris will take place on July 16, 2020.
